Description: Usually used for attacking trees rather than people, the chainsaw can nevertheless be used as an impromptu weapon by the sadistic or desperate. The chainsaw's poor balance and considerable weight make it very difficult to wield with any sort of accuracy or finesse, but when it does connect, it tends to leave horrible wounds and can easily cripple a man in one hit.
Because it is not designed for combat, the chainsaw imposes a -1 penalty on all attack rolls made with it; this penalty has already been included in the weapon's damage bonus.
